| ENTRANCE A covered entry provides access to the property, The Villa is double glazed throughout and benefits from an alarm system, there are metal shutters fitted to all windows and doors for extra security, entry is by way of a key and key fob for the alarm. Management will meet you with the keys and full instructions will be supplied on arrival.
Comfortable and Modern Lounge FAMILY ROOM An open-plan, spacious room with large 1, 2 and 3 seat sofas, the spacious airy lounge is tastefully decorated and has an attached dining area which seats six people and opens out onto the garden and patio area. There is a large 42" Flat Screen Television that receives both Portuguese stations and satellite channels, to compliment the TV there is also a DVD/MP3 and CD music centre and a closed wood burning fire, plus as an added advantage the Villa is air conditioned throughout, this also acts as heating during the cooler months. The family room is a nice quiet area to relax in while everyone else is being energetic outside, just sit with a good book and let the world go by. KITCHEN The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (with ice maker), plus a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is supplied with all the crockery, cutlery, glass ware, and cooking utensils you will need and with safety in mind a fire extinguisher and blanket, plus carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are provided. There is also a small dinner table and four chairs, suitable for that informal snack or meal. The kitchen opens out onto a separate patio area with a large table and suitable seating for six to ten people to enjoy a relaxing "Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner". MASTER BEDROOM

This also is a wonderful and bright bedroom, It features twin beds, bedside cabinets, security safe and your own TV with cable connection a large built in wardrobe with mirror and hair dryer, giving ample space for all your holiday clothes. It uses the third family bathroom. The bedroom which opens out onto the front patio garden of the property.

Covered Porch Terrace SWIMMING POOL The 8 x 4m salt water pool, has a "Bubble Seat" and a Waterfall at the rear, there is space for you and all your guests to sit and sip a cool drink while enjoying the wonderful Portuguese sunshine. The pool can be electrically heated (please see Tariff page). The extensive high-quality deck furniture with table, chairs and sun-loungers will enable you to soak up some of that Portuguese sunshine. Or, if you prefer, sit in the cool shade of the covered patio whilst enjoying the peaceful surrounds. The complimentary BBQ means that you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that the Algarve is well known for - you may never want to leave!!
